Join Lucie from ‘Yoga with Lucie’ for a deeply nourishing afternoon for body, mind & spirit. Prepare to feel utterly taken care of.
The afternoon will focus on an Earth practice: slowing down, grounding, stretchy and strong, drawing energy in.
Practice will be by candlelight as dusk falls. Be assured there is no 'keeping up', this is your sanctuary to practice to deeply nourish yourself, no-one else.

2.30 - 5.30pm Yoga, qigong, breathing, meditation & deep relaxation
5.45 - 6.45pm Delicious and nutritious vegetarian food by Kitchen Alchemie
Please bring a full water bottle, yoga mat, block/brick, comfy cushions and blankets for deep relaxation, abundant is good!
Wear comfy soft clothing and layers.
